I was just glad the rower I wanted was really in stock. I had already checked a few other sites that made it look available, then suddenly showed sold out at checkout, which was frustrating.

I had an issue and reached out to customer service. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to hear back, but to be fair, they were polite and actually took the time to help. In the end, they got it sorted, which is really all you can ask for. I appreciate when a company treats people decently and follows through.

Overall it works like it’s supposed to, but I’ve noticed it wobbles a bit. I reached out to support and they basically said to “check that everything is tightened down evenly” and keep an eye on the bolts, so that’s what I’ve been doing. I just double check them often to be safe. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.

"Pretty happy with my bike from Sunny"
I ordered a bike from Sunny and it showed up pretty much exactly as described. The size, features, and setup info were all mostly accurate, which I really appreciated. The only small downside is that the seat is a bit more basic comfort-wise than I was expecting. Overall though, I’m happy with the purchase and would give it 4 stars.

"Decent bike, but the squeaking got seriously annoying"
The bike works fine overall, but after about a week it started making really loud squeaking noises. I tried tightening a few things myself, thinking it was just something loose, but the noise didn’t go away. It’s frustrating, especially since I live upstairs and don’t want to annoy my neighbors every time I use it. At this point, I feel like this is something customer support needs to address because it shouldn’t be this noisy so soon after buying it.

"Console is frustrating to use"
I bought a Sunny bike the console has been annoying. The numbers are really small, there’s no backlight, and the buttons feel kind of cheap. I also didn’t feel like it was communicated clearly how hard it would be to read while riding. Half the time I have to stop pedaling just to check my time or distance, which defeats the purpose. Definitely not what I was expecting.

"Solid Bike for the Price"
I picked up a Sunny exercise bike a few months back, it’s been decent for basic rides. The resistance works fine and gets the job done, but after a while it started making this little clicking noise, which is kinda annoying. Not a bad machine at all for the price, though. I just wish it felt a bit sturdier overall. Setup was alright, but ngl, it took me longer than I thought it would.

"Wanted to like it, but the quality disappointed me"
I bought this thinking it would hold up for a while, at first I thought it seemed decent. It looked okay and I was hopeful, but after just a few uses it started wobbling. Some parts feel really cheap, even though other bits don’t look that bad, which is kind of confusing. I wanted to like it, but I’m not happy with the quality overall.

"More maintenance than I expected"
This thing takes more work than I want to deal with. The bolts keep coming loose, the belt always seems to need adjusting, and cleaning around all the parts is a hassle. Not exactly what I had in mind. More time fixing it than actually working out.

I was actually in a good mood when I first tried it out, but that changed once I started using it. It just isn’t very comfortable for me, and the handlebars feel awkward enough that my back started bothering me. I really wanted to like it, but the fit didn’t work well for my body

Well... I was hoping there would be a lot more workout options. The programs felt basic, and after just a few days it seemed like I was doing the same routines over and over again. I also didn’t find much variety for different fitness levels, at least from what I could see. If you get bored easily like I do, it’s kind of disappointing. I expected a lot more.

"Pretty smooth delivery overall"
I ordered a bike from sunnyhealthfitness.com, my gut says the whole process was solid. Shipping was quicker than I expected, the tracking updated normally, and the box arrived in good shape aside from a small scuff on one corner. The delivery driver also left it by the garage like I requested, which I appreciated. I’m taking off one star because it showed up a day later than the first estimate, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

Sunny Health seems like a well-known brand, and I’ve seen their products on a bunch of different sites, which does make me feel a little more comfortable. The prices seem fair too. That said, the reviews feel kinda mixed, especially when it comes to customer support and getting replacement parts, so I wouldn’t say I fully trust them yet. Not bad overall, just kinda average in my opinion.

I was hoping this would look decent in my room, but nope. It somehow manages to be bulky, awkward, and cheap-looking all at once. The colors are off too, because apparently matching the photos was too much to ask. It just doesn’t look good at home.

I picked up a basic bike from Sunny, it does what it’s supposed to do. The price was fair, which is usually how these things go, you save some money, but there’s always something that feels a little cheaper. A few of the parts don’t feel super sturdy, and setting it up took me longer than I thought it would, because assembly directions are never as simple as they look. Overall, it’s not a bad value at all for home use, but I definitely wouldn’t expect gym-level quality from it

"A solid little part of my routine"
I’ve been using my Sunny bike with the app for a few weeks now, and it’s become a nice way to stay more intentional with my workouts. Most of the time it connects without any trouble, and I really like being able to track what I’m doing and choose from different programs instead of just riding aimlessly. Every now and then it takes a minute to sync or I have to close and reopen the app, which can be annoying when I’m ready to get started. But overall, I’m happy with it. It’s not perfect, but it’s helped me feel a little more consistent, and that’s what matters most to me.

"Return took longer than expected"
I ordered a bike from Sunny Health & Fitness, but once it arrived, it just wasn’t really what I was expecting, so I decided to return it. The return process felt more frustrating than it needed to be, and the refund took longer than they originally said it would. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies were slow, which made me wonder if they were just backed up or maybe didn’t have enough people handling returns. I did eventually get my money back, but overall it wasn’t the best experience
